Its been a restless night, the storm rolling outside keeps me awake, for all that he's tried to ease my fears I just can't let them go. I curl up against his warm body and as my flesh touches his, he reaches for me. One strong arm wrapped around my back holding me against him.
He knows how much I hate storms and even now he's comforting me, making me feel safe once more. Settling in against his chest the sound of his heart beating is the thing I need, feeling his chest rise and fall in steady counterpoint I begin to drift, the world falling away the rolling thunder has no effect on me now. Closing my eyes I hear him murmur in his sleep
"I love you babydoll" and with that, I join him in his slumber.
Very nice lover, I promise you this is a reality eventually...
